Steiff's fabulous Donkey on Wheels is a replica of an original launched in 1929. He's made of soft, grey mohair, stuffed with traditional wood shavings. He wears a beautiful set of tack, including a leather saddle & harness and a velvet saddlecloth with felt edging. His wheels are wooden, with metal axles, just like the original.

Donkey on Wheels has a squeaker in his tummy - press gently and he cries 'ee aw'! He carries a patinated steel Steiff button in ear, only bestowed upon Steiff replicas! He comes in a Steiff box, with numbered certificate of authenticity.
